Must-have: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects. Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes. Advanced knowledge and experience in Agile delivery, including tools and techniques for requirement decomposition. Proven experience in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio. Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL. Experience working with APIs, and Python. Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
