Outstanding candidates may be considered for the EU Business Development Leader role, overseeing the entire EU BD team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement BD strategies for your country/region.
Identify and engage KOLs, influencers, and communities in gaming and crypto sectors.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with platforms, casinos, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company in online and in-person industry events.
Work closely with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
Required Languages by RegionGerman, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Dutch, and English (fluency in at least two languages, including English).
Requirements
Proven BD experience in Gaming,Crypto Gaming, or Casino industry.
Strong knowledge of local market trends, player behavior, and competition.Established network of influencers, KOLs, and industry contacts.
Willingness to travel to Dubai 1–3 days per month for strategy meetings.Residing in Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Malta, or Portugal.
