Pay scales as you grow. You control the speed. The faster you learn the faster you grow.
Shift lead $14+ tips ($4-$5 extra per hour)
Assistant manager $16+tips ($4-$5 extra per hour)
General manager 42K + 1.5% of net sales (around 1.5k per month if bonus target reached) these are completely realistic targets nothing unattainable currently.
Some management experience is required.
