Assists in strategizing and implementing employee retention efforts, analyzing turnover trends, and recruiting qualified talent for appropriate departments. On-site/in-office position. Job Qualifications: Knowledge of human resources processes, procedures, and documentation Skills in database management, records management, word processing, and data entry Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be productive despite numerous interruptions Ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner.
