About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in property, construction, and retail. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing complex construction projects within a retail environment, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of new store developments, refurbishments, and strategic business initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Development, you’ll lead cross-functional project teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive timely project delivery.

You will be responsible for

• Highly organised and able to multitask.
• Strong Background in property, Construction & Retail.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and mediation skills.
• Ability to take initiative without guidance.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong aptitude to work within deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective negotiation and team management skills.
• Understanding of health & safety and CDM requirements.
• Experience of budget control.
• Understanding of building regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• IOSH – Managing Safely
• Asbestos Awareness
• CDM Competency
• Prince 2 or Equivalent project management qualification
