The role combines deep technical understanding of financial services regulation and securitisation, with practical consulting capability to help clients navigate their obligations, strengthen controls, and respond to a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Knowledge of securitisation funding structures with ability to understand detailed cashflow modelling, asset and liability analysis, portfolio stratification, and scenario testing. An understanding of loan origination, credit assessment and servicing gained from experience working in the banking or non-bank lending industry. Experienced in project management, including working with various internal and external stakeholders, and running multiple projects simultaneously Interest in building relationships in market and able to confidently communicate with senior external stakeholder Experience in financial services regulation, ideally gained from an advisory, legal, or regulatory background.
