We offer expert gear selection, top-tier racquet servicing, and a community-driven retail experience. We’re looking for a hands-on Racquet Service Supervisor to lead our service operations and ensure our customers’ racquets are performance-ready, every time.
Job Description As Racquet Service Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the full racquet service department. This includes stringing, gripping, maintenance, managing service inventory, training junior staff, and fulfilling online service orders. You’ll be our in-store go-to for all things racquet performance and play a critical role in delivering the highest standard of service.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 2+ years of experience in racquet stringing and servicing
  • Familiarity with various racquet types and stringing patterns (tennis, squash, badminton)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
  • Solid understanding of racquet sport performance factors (tension, string type, balance, etc.)
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling basic online order workflows
    Educational Level High School diploma or equivalent
    Experience Level Intermediate to advanced

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all racquet servicing: stringing, re-gripping, balancing, and general maintenance
  • Handle and prioritize in-store and online stringing and customization orders
  • Track, organize, and fulfill racquet service orders placed through e-commerce channels
  • Manage and maintain stringing machines and service tools
  • Train and supervise racquet service staff to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain accurate inventory of strings, grips, and service-related supplies
  • Consult with customers on string type, tension, and other performance needs
  • Keep the racquet service area clean, organized, and efficient
  • Collaborate with store leadership on service promotions, product launches, and customer retention strategies
