KEY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CONTRACTS MANAGER

The Key Customer Account Contracts Manager is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and overseeing contract execution across key accounts. This role ensures alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain capabilities, driving service excellence, risk mitigation, and sustainable growth. This is a global role.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in customer account management, contract management, SLAs or strategic sourcing.
  • Experience in oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, or EPC environments preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and contracts.
