Assister les chargés de financement dans la préparation des dimensionnements, le suivi des tirages de dette senior et des financements obligataires. Gérer le suivi administratif et les documents KYC (Kbis, RIB, LEI, etc.) liés à la mise en place des financements. Participer au suivi des engagements financiers : rapports de construction et d’exploitation, contrôle des covenants et ratios financiers (DSCR). Appuyer ponctuellement les chargés de financement sur les modélisations financières (BP SPV) et les opérations de trésorerie. Votre profil : Formation supérieure en finance, gestion, comptabilité, ou école de commerce. Première expérience (stage ou alternance) en financement de projets, analyse financière ou trésorerie souhaitée. Maîtrise du Pack Office, en particulier d’Excel. Connaissance de l’environnement financier, des produits de dette et des mécanismes de financement structuré. Capacité à traiter, synthétiser et transmettre des informations financières précises.
