Als projectleider winkeloplevering maak je deel uit van een klein maar efficiënt Real Estate-team. Jij neemt de coördinerende rol op jou bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van de verbouwings- en inrichtingsprojecten van nieuwe én bestaande winkels in België en Nederland. Een gevarieerde en dynamische functie waarbij jij instaat voor de planning en het opvolgen van deadlines. Je bespreekt het project ter plaatse met de betrokken partijen en volgt de werken nauwgezet op, van start tot oplevering. Zodra de winkel klaar is voor gebruik, draag jij de sleutel over aan het inrichtingsteam, dat zorgt voor de uitrusting en levering van de goederen. Terwijl er twee projecten volop in uitvoering zijn, ben jij al bezig met de voorbereiding van de volgende én volg je de nazorg van vorige projecten verder op. Opstellen van een overkoepelende projectplanning voor (ver)bouw- en inrichtingsprojecten. Waken over de planning en het respecteren van deadlines binnen de projecten. Beoordelen van offertes en leveringsvoorwaarden van externe partners. Aansturen en opvolgen van de externe bouw- en installatiebedrijven die bij het project betrokken zijn. Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders, zoals de retailorganisatie, gemeentebesturen, brandweer, eigenaars en projectontwikkelaars. Bijhouden en up-to-date houden van de projectadministratie. Functie-eisen Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in (bouwkundig) projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen een retailomgeving. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen. Je bent een geboren organisator die het overzicht bewaart, ook in complexe situaties. Je communiceert vlot en hebt een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit.
