Job Title: Shipping & Order Processing Administrator Job Description The Shipping & Order Processing Administrator is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating outbound shipments. This role involves close collaboration with customers, warehouse staff, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Responsibilities Enter and process customer order numbers accurately in the system. Review and match packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOLs) to orders and shipments. Prepare, organize, and maintain required shipping documentation. Coordinate outbound trailers with carriers and internal warehouse teams. Communicate with customers via email regarding order status, shipping details, and documentation. Ensure all shipping paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly filed. Provide administrative support to day-to-day shipping and logistics operations. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in a warehousing environment. Strong Excel skills, including graph creation, data entry, file export, and filtering. Understanding of racking systems and inventory management. Experience with order entry and shipping documentation. Familiarity with packing slips, BOLs, and shipping processes. ERP experience with mid-size systems. Understanding of logistics coordination and carrier operations. Work Environment This position operates within a standard office environment from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
