Experience with SalesForce a plus. Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the business’s administrative and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks, from clerical duties to providing support to various departments. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere will contribute to the organization's success. Responsibilities: Screen incoming calls and emails, providing information and scheduling appointments for new clients. Support with Insurance authorizations and verification of benefits. Manage appointment calendars and ensure efficient scheduling of client sessions. Coordinate with therapists and clients to confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling requests. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. Manage medical records including scanning/archiving charts. Generate new referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and businesses to expand our network and increase client referrals.
