Assist in preparing materials for distribution, orientations, meetings, and events. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data. Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, updating statuses, and collaborating with team members. Act as the primary onsite liaison for facilities and maintenance, communicating between vendors, contractors, and the Facilities department. Manage confidential information with discretion, including handling sensitive documents and implementing data security measures. Assist with department projects and performs other duties as assigned. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher degree required, preferably in a related field of study. At least 2 years of administrative support experience required, preferably in the medical/health-related field. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
