Responsibilities Review and evaluate various incident reports from field operations and maintain claim data with a high level of accuracy across internal data management systems. Track claim status, investigate incomplete or missing information, for effective claims management ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with operations management, technicians, project managers, and customer service teams to gather required documentation. Prepare and update claim files, logs, and reports for internal review. Communicate with external stakeholders, including customers, municipalities, and insurance partners regarding claim details and documentation requirements. Monitor deadlines and escalate issues that may impact claim processing timelines. Support audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance activities. Maintain organized digital records in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Assist other HSE teams as needed. Qualifications Experience in claims administration, data entry, or administrative coordination (utilities, construction, risk management or insurance industry experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning and utilizing data management software systems.
