Technical & Product Collaboration Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering, data, and product teams. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Support Agile/SDLC processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification. Domain & Market Intelligence Leverage knowledge of agri-commodities, pricing drivers, seasonality, logistics, and trade flows to inform product and analytics requirements. Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to define data inputs, outputs, and success metrics for forecasting, dashboards, and predictive models. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Agriculture/Agri-Business, Finance, or a related field. 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, preferably in agri-commodities, commodities trading, supply chain, fintech, or analytics-driven environments.
