Role Summary   The IT Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions, with a primary focus on the RentalMan ERP platform. The analyst drives continuous improvement of business processes through effective utilization and optimization of RentalMan, supporting both project-based initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.
