This role is responsible for designing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks, developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights that drive operational excellence. By synthesizing complex data from multiple business units, the Analyst ensures leadership has clear, timely, and accurate information to guide strategy and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities KPI Tracking & Strategic Insights Design, implement, and maintain global KPI frameworks for Sales, Operations, and Support, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the monthly and quarterly KPI reporting process, delivering clear, actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Analyze KPI trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for strategic improvement across global business units. Develop and automate dashboards and visualizations that communicate performance metrics and business health. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and evolve KPI definitions and measurement methodologies. Present strategic insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive data-informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
