Descrizione del lavoro Stiamo cercando un Business Analyst con le seguenti responsabilità: Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti aziendali dalle parti interessate, assicurando una comprensione completa delle esigenze del cliente. Redigere documenti tecnici e funzionali dettagliati, tra cui casi d'uso, storie di utenti e flussi di processo. Supportare le fasi di sviluppo e di test per garantire che i processi siano implementati correttamente con il prodotto del Cliente. Mappare i processi AS-IS e TO-BE, identificando le aree di miglioramento e i guadagni di efficienza. Facilitare workshop e riunioni con le parti interessate per raccogliere informazioni e convalidare i requisiti. Sviluppare e mantenere la documentazione del progetto, compresi i documenti sui requisiti aziendali (BRD) e le specifiche funzionali. Collabora con team interfunzionali per garantire l'allineamento tra le esigenze aziendali e le soluzioni tecniche.
