Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this role is responsible for analyzing business needs, refining AI solutions, and driving adoption to deliver measurable business value. This position requires strong analytical thinking, conceptual problem-solving, and persistence to balance business agility, value creation, and alignment with organizational priorities. The AI Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise AI strategies and objectives aligned to the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will demonstrate both technical and business acumen, partnering closely with the Chief AI & Digital Officer, Chief Information Officer, and IT leadership to support system direction and operational effectiveness. The role also includes building strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating user acceptance testing, and tracking performance through measurement and reporting.
