Global-e is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Growth team and play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that fuel business growth. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead high-impact analyses and provide actionable insights across management, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You’ll define and track key KPIs, analyze business performance and customer trends, and model the impact of strategic initiatives. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you’ll deliver insights and recommendations that directly influence company direction while supporting product initiatives through A/B testing, new features evaluation, and other analytical projects.
