Ensuring business requirements, including both functional and non-functional requirements are clear, prioritized, and traceable for delivery teams. Mapping stakeholders, user journeys, problem statements, and opportunities into tangible outcomes. Driving the qualitative and timely delivery of business requirements using SAFe methodology and prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW and WSJF. Coordinating traceability throughout project execution, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Continuously improving business analysis practices.
