Description The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, translating operational and system needs into clear functional requirements. This role focuses on WMS and ERP systems, leveraging SQL knowledge to validate data and supporting solution delivery through functional specifications, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analyst ensures system enhancements and process changes meet business objectives and operational requirements.
