Talent & Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, promoting continuous feedback, manager effectiveness, and career development. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze workforce trends, including turnover, retention, engagement, and performance metrics. Use data and insights to identify risks, recommend solutions, and proactively support organizational health and effectiveness. Employee Relations & Culture: Manage complex employee relations matters, conducting fair, thorough, and objective investigations. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
