The Business Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the maintenance of data and business intelligence applications and platforms that are internally created through integration of various reporting components from multiple data sources and that transform large, complex data into meaningful insights that sales leadership can use to make informed business decisions This position reports to the Commercial leader and is a part of the Commercial team, located in Singapore and works remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain sales analytics reporting, forecasts, and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support decision-making for the sales and leadership teams. Maintain Visual Management and KPI Bowlers. Lead efforts to improve and maintain data cleanliness Support data mining and analysis for ad-hoc projects, leveraging existing dashboards and data visualization concepts. Provide training on the developed tools to help stakeholders manage, analyze, and gain insight from their data. Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. The essential requirements of the job include: Education: University Graduate in Business Management, Data Analyst Experience: At least 2 years of experience Essential skill: Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel and preferably has experience working with Power BI.
