Functieomschrijving DIT GA JE DOEN Als machine operator werk je samen met je collega’s van Boskalis Environmental bij ons grondreinigingscentrum in Schiedam. Naast Schiedam, vind je eenzelfde installatie in Amersfoort en Alkmaar. Jaarlijks wordt meer dan 600.000 ton aan materiaal aangevoerd, verwerkt en geschikt gemaakt voor hergebruik. Wat je precies gaat doen als proces operator? Nou dit: Beheren van het volledige proces van de grondreinigingsinstallatie; Technisch bedienen van de reinigingsinstallatie; Uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties; Je werkt volgens de voorschriften met betrekking tot veiligheid, hygiëne, milieu, kwaliteit en kwantiteit van het proces. Bij de installatie in Schiedam werken we 5 dagen per week, 8 uur per dag of gaan we de twee ploegen in bij drukke periodes. DIT BEN JIJ Om aan de slag te gaan als machine operator bij Boskalis Nederland ben/heb je: Praktijkervaring met procesequipment zoals pompen, transportbanden en zeefmachines of je bent bereid dit te leren; Geïnteresseerd in de techniek achter onze installatie; Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Een aanpakker die binnen een hecht team ook zelfstandig kan werken. Functie-eisen DIT KRIJG JE VAN ONS Bij Boskalis Nederland kun je als machine operator rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. Als machine operator krijg je onder andere: Een marktconform salaris per 4 weken. Afhankelijk van jouw technische kennis en ervaring ligt dit tussen de EUR 3.400,- en EUR 4.400,- bruto per 4 weken, op basis van een 36 urige werkweek (dus exclusief overuren). Deze functie valt onder de Waterbouw CAO. 8% vakantiegeld. Een dienstentoeslag van 7,3% op het basisloon. Tijdens drukke periodes zal er in een ploegendienst gewerkt worden en ontvang je naast je salaris een ploegentoeslag van 27%; In december ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering; Pensioen via BPF Waterbouw; 26 vakantiedagen (op basis van een fulltime contract), een aantal collectieve roostervrije dagen en (afhankelijk van je leeftijd) 3 tot maximaal 18 leeftijdsdagen; Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering via CZ.
