We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in an estimator and marketing role. Previous experience of both areas would be advantageous, particularly marketing. We are a label manufacturing company based in Netherton, West Midlands established in 1999 specialising in the production of flexo and digitally printed labels & tags for an array of sectors including warehouse and distribution, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and sales & service. We currently have 11 production staff, 1 store man and 9 office staff.

Job Description

• Maintain company websites, keeping information current and update as and when required
• Create product flyers/brochures
• Manage company social media accounts
• Responding to pricing enquiries accurately and timely
• Deciding on the best method for manufacture
• Producing quotations and presenting them in a professional manner using Label Traxx software
• Qualify all enquiries to ensure the information is accurate and up to date e.g. Order to Place or Tender
• Understand and identify customer requirements
• Build meaningful relationships with our customers to ensure the company are the 1st choice manufacturer for their requirements
• Offer customer service excellence when interacting and dealing with the customer
• Research and offer bespoke solutions to customers requiring niche products
• Meet with suppliers to discuss/negotiate material pricing and potential new projects

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
