This is a newly created, dynamic, and fast-paced role that will allow you to dig in and solve problems and have a direct impact on improving financial policies and procedures. Main responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals in the daily operations of the accounting department
• Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring it is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure financial reporting requirements are met in compliance with international standards
• Develop, review, and update financial policies and procedures, ensuring effective internal controls are in place
• Oversee intercompany transactions, including reconciliation, settlement, and elimination entries
• Coordinate with external auditors, responding to inquiries and providing documentation when requested
