Assist in cleaning and re-supplying the given number of guest rooms and other areas of the hotel. Ensure high level of communication with housekeeping team and other departments to resolve any room related queries. Run reports for rooms sold, arrivals, departures and vacant rooms. Prepare and distribute rooms to the housekeeping team on shift. Carry out trainings for new starters and update all training records. Guest satisfaction is the primary motto for this function. Have a sound knowledge of all hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisory and/or team leader role.
