Missions : Rattaché(e) à l’Assistante de Direction, vous assurez la gestion administrative du siège et soutenez activement les équipes. Vous garantissez la bonne coordination des opérations internes ainsi que la gestion rigoureuse des flux documentaires. Vos missions principales sont : · Accueil physique et téléphonique, intendance générale, planification des salles de réunion ; · Saisie, rédaction, mise en forme et classement de divers documents (courriers, notes, rapports, emails) ; · Gestion des fournitures et des stocks, suivi des imprimantes (SAV, réapprovisionnement) ; · Organisation logistique : expéditions courrier, archivage ; · Suivi de la vie de chantier : archivage, impression de plans via AutoCAD ; · Suivi administratif RH : listing des formations du personnel, soutien à l’équipe RH ; · Communication : Animation et gestion des réseaux sociaux et du site internet. Profil : Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en assistanat ou gestion, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative (5 ans et plus) sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du BTP/Construction. Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous savez hiérarchiser les priorités et faire preuve de discrétion. Votre sens du service, votre capacité à travailler en équipe et votre autonomie vous permettent de gérer un environnement exigeant avec méthode et fluidité. Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise du Pack Office et idéalement d’un logiciel métier comme OPTIMBTP, BATIGEST. La connaissance d’AutoCAD constitue un atout supplémentaire. Une aisance rédactionnelle, une bonne maîtrise des outils numériques et un vrai sens de la communication sont indispensables. Une connaissance des marchés publics/privés ainsi que de la législation monégasque serait un plus apprécié.
