Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Job Description The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for developing, influencing, and executing innovative, full-cycle talent acquisition strategies that will attract top talent, gain competitive advantages, and align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Additionally, this role provides broad Human Resources support in various areas, including employee relations, performance management, organizational development, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. Safety is paramount, and candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities Assist with the talent acquisition process to align with business priorities, including workforce planning, proactive sourcing, and the selection process. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including new hire orientation. Coordinate Wellbeing Experience events such as massage chairs, disc golf, onsite fitness classes, guest speakers, and team lunches. Compile and distribute a biweekly employee newsletter. Recommend, implement, and support continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures, and programs. Provide support to the Human Resources team as required. Essential Skills Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and analytical skills with proven ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects.
