Works closely with co-workers to coordinate processing of employment documentation (health screens, I-9, post hire checklist), pay cards, and other benefits. Typically responsible for employee files and overall recordkeeping of employee records, either in paper or electronic form. Assists with departmental projects. Provides departmental coverage as needed. Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. Demonstrates the knowledge that employee and workplace safety is a priority. Qualifications Education: HS diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree with some college coursework in human resources or related field preferred Must be able to read, write and fluently speak English Experience: One year administrative experience in an office, clinic, or department required Experience working in a human resource department preferred Experience in a hospital, clinic, physician’s office or healthcare setting preferred
