This is a full-time position based in Sydney. The Cruise Director role is ideal for hospitality professionals eager to lead a team in a premium dining space on a luxury vessel in Sydney Harbour. Supporting the Vessel Master and Operations Manager, the Cruise Director is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service, quality products, and a unique experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and service, willing to exceed guest expectations. A positive "can-do" attitude and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, are essential. As a Cruise Director, your duties will involve the supervision and overseeing of the Food & Beverage and Customer Service, whilst adhering to Operational Procedures and WHS Requirements. Shifts commence and finish at Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont, Sydney. The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation. About You The ideal candidate will have confident leadership skills, can think on their feet in a dynamic workplace and build a respectful rapport with work colleagues and guests. They will have a positive, happy attitude, be comfortable working on the water, have a background in preparing and serving food and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
