Position Title: Recruitment Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience & qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers. Job Description: • Oversee sourcing, recruitment, and supply of domestic workers, ensuring contracts, guarantees, and smooth onboarding. • Build and maintain relationships with agents, clients, and suppliers while conducting market research and tracking competitors. • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share. • Manage and support the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure quality after-sales service.
Requirements
