JOB OVERVIEW

Note: Night Baker hours 1:30am-11:30am Sunday to Wednesday, Full time (4) 10 hours shifts. Knowledge of Bread Baking, mixing, scoring, proofing, and rolling bread is essential. The location will change when we move to our new baking facility in Oak Bay at the end of October.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a . This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality baked goods and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking and cake decorating, and will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles involving baking or cake decorating.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Experience in customer service is highly valued, as interaction with customers is a key aspect of this role.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation and baking is essential.
