Sets the consumer learning agenda (and budgeting) for pipeline initiatives including opportunity identification, concept development & validation, naming, liquid testing, target definition, packaging development, positioning, etc. Prioritizes key business questions to go answer. Using a toolkit of research approaches, this role is a key influencer on managing risk and encouraging reapplication of proven successes.
