Use advance tools to track daily progress of all project tasks to ensure on time delivery to commitment. Coordinate and lead required activities with all other functional areas maintaining a single source of priorities with the other project engineers (e.g. machine shop, facilities, operations). Own change management for assigned projects/programs including revising and documenting Deviations, CDRs and CRs. Schedule / lead project meetings with other team members and functional areas, as needed, to provide status and align priorities. Participate on Operations Tier Meetings, as needed, to communicate priorities or support required for projects. Collect production readiness evidence including but not limited to SMT program status, stencils designs, tooling/fixtures documents, material complete analysis, thermal profiling, etc. Submit eCARs and WBS requests for post award efforts as required. Identify and resolve risks/roadblocks, using advance risk management techniques, to minimize impact to project schedules. Proactively communicate and escalate risks or support required during the project phases. Identify and drive mistake proofing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Actively participate on Project/Program’s meetings when required. Keep effective and clear communication with Programs. Work closely with Producibility Engineer for deviations, CRs, CDRs and any product or process change. Use advance tools to track project constraints (scope, time, cost, and quality) and develop plans to keep them in balance. Work closely with the NPI team members and other functional areas to ensure applicable requirements are met and a smooth transition to production release. Ensure safety precautions are followed on all projects and daily activities. Implement and maintain 5S methodology on office areas.
