Crea gli itinerari, blocca e gestisce tutte le informazioni, inerenti i soggiorni dei clienti S&M e gestisce tutte le informazioni relative al loro soggiorno ( for esempio: transfer, biglietteria aerea, Ordine di servizio, blocco camere, cene, giri in barca, escursioni, photoshoots...) Si assicura di avere un Model release for firmato, content per l' Hotel, e trasmette le informazioni utili agli altri reparti. Le principali mansioni saranno: Garantire l’accoglienza fisica e telefonica all'Hotel Anticipare le esigenze dei nostri ospiti, rispondere alle loro richieste, informarli e consigliarli, gestire i contratti. Promuovere i prodotti e i servizi dell’hotel (ristorante, camere, ecc.) sul nostro Sito web Gestire fatture e ricevute mensilmente con l' uff.
