QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 2+ years in human resources, with knowledge of leave management, benefits, or compliance preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OFLA).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Passion for People: Demonstrated commitment to employee support and welfare.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As HR Generalist, you will oversee leave management processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing guidance to employees throughout their leave journeys. You will also collaborate with managers, HR leaders, and benefit providers to ensure smooth transitions and communication, while helping to establish HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leave Administration: Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves (FMLA, disability, personal leave, etc.), ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave policies, procedures, and resources.
Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate leave records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards and company policies.
HR Policy Development: Contribute to refining leave and accommodation policies to support organizational growth and employee well-being.
Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure leave impacts are addressed seamlessly.
