About the job As a Regional Sales Manager for APAC, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in one of our key global markets. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with the company's global objectives. Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the automotive sector. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and system integrators. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are aligned with market demands. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development. Track sales performance against KPIs and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows within the region. Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategy.
