QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous sales experience (cabinetry, woodworking, or home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to help us expand our RTI dealer network while also capturing opportunities in custom kitchens and closets. Your primary responsibility will be building relationships with independent dealers, showrooms, and contractors to grow RTI cabinet sales. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on high-value custom projects through First Class Kitchens. The commissions on top will make this role highly rewarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit and manage new dealers for Canadian RTI Cabinets
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store promotions
• Meet customers in our showroom, understand their needs, and recommend RTI or custom solutions
• Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer communication
• Identify and close opportunities for custom kitchens & closets under the First Class Kitchens brand
