Job Description The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within an integrated delivery partner model (or similar), working collaboratively with the client as part of a unified team. Leadership Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all program components, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes within the integrated team environment. Client Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s leadership team, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives, ensuring proactive engagement and issue resolution. Technical/Professional Expertise Plan and manage full project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and close-out.
