Senior Specialist, Business Development and Partnership We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships professional to accelerate customer acquisition in Singapore through KOL collaborations and brand partnerships. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that strengthen our brand presence, drive user growth, and maximize conversion. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in influencer marketing and partnership development, a strong professional network, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into successful growth strategies. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage strategic KOL/influencer and corporate/brand partnerships to acquire new customers and achieve business growth. Leverage professional networks to unlock partnership opportunities, accelerate discussions, and expand market reach. Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and activations (online and offline), ensuring seamless implementation and measurable impact. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements and campaign deals aligned with business and customer growth objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, brands, and key stakeholders. Monitor and analyse campaign and channel performance, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
