Global Risk Administrative Coordinator – Job Description Role Overview: The Global Risk Administrative Coordinator provides support to the organization’s key risk managers across multiple business lines and geographies including EMEA, ANZ and LATAM. This role is responsible for capturing risk reviews, collating information, chasing actions, supporting won/lost outcomes, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication, reporting and administration for global risk management activities. The Coordinator will report administratively to the Global Head of Commercial, Risk and Governance and functionally to all three designated Global Risk Managers in each region. Key Responsibilities: Collate project risk review information and maintain registers of both BOURC and ELRC meetings across the Global business. Create and update SharePoint records. Review Pipeline and reach out to bid leads to understand status of risk reviewed projects that are won or lost. Identify where possible key reasons for win or loss. Maintain lists of projects that have been agreed to be waived through risk review process. Support in creating risk review waivers for the global business and update them as they require renewal. Utilize spreadsheets and data management tools (e.g. Power BIMicrosoft Excel, SharePoint) to track risk reviews, compliance, and project documentation. Follow up with project teams to confirm compliance with risk-related “Go Conditions” and support managers in addressing non-conformances. Prepare monthly reports summarizing global risk management activities and outcomes. Coordinate compliance reporting to simplify, standardize and eliminate duplication across regions. Support compliance with execution risk conditions during project execution, analyze trends, and make recommendations to risk managers.
