WPES issues and programming are complex and constantly changing due to changes to provincial bargaining agreements, re-alignment of services/client care groups and the changing landscape of work. The Associate must have a broad understanding and sound knowledge of the various types of health care careers to effectively coordinate and plan programming, events and understand client needs. Knowledge of health service delivery in the province is also required. The Associate works in close collaboration with the Specialists on the team to provide support for daily workforce planning & employment issues/challenges that arise.
