This Is A Hands On Customer Onboarding And Implementation Role, Rather Than Traditional Account Management.
You’ll Own New Customers From Sign Up Through To Successful Activation, Helping Them Get Set Up, Adopt The Platform And See Value As Quickly As Possible.
You’ll:
Own Onboarding From Kickoff Through To Activation
Run Structured Onboarding And Implementation Sessions
Drive Customers Towards Clear Adoption And Activation Milestones
Use Data To Identify Customers At Risk Of Falling Behind
Proactively Remove Blockers And Accelerate Time To Value
Deliver Clean Handovers Into Account Management
Help Build And Improve The Onboarding Playbook As The Company Scales Globally
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, You’ll Have Experience In Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation Or Account Management Within B2b Saas.
You’ll Be Proactive, Commercially Minded And Comfortable Working In A Fast Paced Environment Where You Can Build The Playbook Rather Than Simply Follow One.
An Interest In Ai, Advertising, Ecommerce Or Emerging Technology Would Be Highly Relevant.Why Join?
