Description
Who are we? Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is an ASX listed company with a focus on battery minerals. We aim to be an ESG leader in the resources sector and a globally significant provider of battery minerals for the rapidly growing clean energy market. Our flagship Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation is a Tier 1 hard rock lithium asset, recognised for its scale, grade, and longevity. Now in full-scale production with a 20+ year mine life, Kathleen Valley is one of the most significant new lithium operations globally and is central to Liontown's long-term growth strategy. The expansion is now underway. Early works have commenced, a 5.5MW ball mill is on order, and underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing. We are building the dedicated project team that will deliver the next phase of Liontown's growth. This is an 18 month maximum term role, purpose-built for the expansion. Why join now? The Kathleen Valley Expansion is bringing new water supply infrastructure online across the site, and we need a hands-on Supervisor – NPI to own the raw water network as it grows. Reporting into the Non-Process Infrastructure team, you'll take charge of the operation and maintenance of the raw water supply network and associated systems that keep the operation running. This role is at the centre of a fast-moving project team. As the expansion is delivered in stages, you'll have the opportunity to move across workfronts — from borefields and raw water distribution to the commissioning of brand-new infrastructure — and to shape how these systems are set up and run for the long term. It's a genuine opportunity to deepen your site-based capital delivery experience on a Tier 1 asset, and to leave your mark on infrastructure that will serve Kathleen Valley for decades.   What you'll be doing •    Managing and supervising contractors, 1.    Earthworks clearing2.    Drilling contractors3.    Aquifer testing contractors4.    Pipeline construction 5.    Borefield installation works6.    Optimalization of borefield systems•    Reading and interpreting design drawings •    Maintaining records, reports, and compliance documentation in line with regulatory and site requirements•    Ensuring compliance with environmental and health regulations, including water quality standards.•    Collaborating with site teams to drive efficient water usage and sustainability practices.   What we are looking for •    Experience in water supply operations, ideally within the mining or industrial sector.•    Strong knowledge of borefield operations, including bore installations, equipment, and bore optimisation in relation to flow and groundwater levels.•    A solid understanding of water management, distribution, and telemetry systems.•    Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance for water utilities.•    Supervisory or leadership experience, with the ability to manage contractors and maintenance teams — Section 26 statutory supervisor qualified.•    A proactive, collaborative approach — someone who takes ownership, brings energy to the team, and thrives in a fast-paced project environment.•    A relevant trade qualification or certification in water operations, electrical, plumbing, or a related field is highly regarded, as are HR, CV, CN and DG tickets.•    A National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months, or the ability to obtain one.•    The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.   Why Liontown We're powering a sustainable future by ensuring a reliable supply of the minerals the clean energy transition depends on. It's work that matters, on an asset that's only just getting started. This role puts you at the heart of that growth, owning critical water infrastructure, building systems from the ground up, and gaining capital-project delivery experience that's hard to find anywhere else. We're as interested in how you work as what's on your CV. In return, we offer competitive remuneration, a lifestyle-friendly 8:6 roster flying from Perth, and modern site amenities at Kathleen Valley. This is an 18 month maximum term contract created specifically for the expansion. If you're ready to take ownership of a pivotal role during a major project phase, we'd love to hear from you.
