You will partner with the operational leaders to deliver HR strategies that support business performance and achieve organisational goals. As a cluster role supporting both InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach and Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point you will need to base yourself out of both properties at times.   Your day to day * Lead all HR activities across the hotel, ensuring they support business goals and company values. * Create a positive and engaging workplace culture that supports employee satisfaction, performance, and retention. * Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support on employee relations, performance management, and team development. * Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, select, and retain talented employees. * Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. * Deliver and promote IHG people programs, tools, and employer branding initiatives. * Support leadership development, succession planning, and the performance management process across the hotel. * Coordinate learning and development opportunities to help employees grow and achieve business objectives. * Build strong relationships internally and externally to support the hotel's people strategy and long-term success.   What we need from you * Full working rights in Australia without restrictions (a kind reminder sponsorship is not available for this role) * Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality Management  * Experience in Human Resources within Australasia with a proven track record of success  * Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure * Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain data privacy     What you can expect from us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
