Descripción General    Colaborador en la implementación y seguimiento de todas las actividades relacionadas a la administración de los Recursos Humanos; entre las cuales se encuentran el reclutamiento y selección del personal, adiestramiento y desarrollo, compensación y beneficios.     Funciones Medulares   Reclutamiento y selección     1. Realiza el proceso de reclutamiento (redacción de publicaciones para vacantes tanto interna como externamente y/o coordinar con las agencias de empleo estatal y privadas y/o colegios técnicos, entre otras.  2. Realiza las entrevistas de los candidatos a las diferentes posiciones disponibles. 3. Realiza recomendaciones sobre candidatos entrevistados a los diferentes supervisores o gerentes de departamento.         4. Prepara la documentación requerida a empleados nuevos y organiza los expedientes.  5. Completa el proceso de reclutamiento asegurándose que los documentos están firmados correctamente.  6. Ofrece orientación a empleados nuevos.  7. Realiza la entrada de datos de los empleados nuevos al sistema de datos de Recursos Humanos.  8. Realiza las tarjetas de identificación del personal activo.    Compensación y Beneficios 9. Maneja los procesos recurrentes relacionados a beneficios, tales como ingresos, cancelaciones, certificaciones de cubierta, reembolsos o apoyo a empleados. Los beneficios para trabajarse serán: planes médicos, visión, seguros de vida y/o incapacidad, entre otros. 10. Verifica facturas de suplidores para ser aprobadas por el(a). gerente.  11. Realiza y actualiza listado de participantes de los diferentes beneficios.  12. Realiza el proceso de nómina como cuadre de horas y mantenimiento de información.      Otros 13. Mantiene los expedientes de empleados organizados y digitalizados.  14. Ofrece orientación a empleados sobre el proceso de terminación.  15. Maneja los documentos en los procesos de terminación de empleo e inactivación de empleados en los diferentes sistemas y beneficios.  16. Asiste en la administración del plan de bienestar (ayuda a coordinar actividades, servicios de proveedores, adiestramientos, comunicación periódica del programa, 17. Asiste en la coordinación de actividades para empleados (fiesta Navidad, Team Buildings entre otros). 18. Asiste en la creación y publicación de comunicaciones a todos los empleados.  19. Recopila información para reportes y base de datos según solicitado por el director (a).   20. Prepara verificaciones de empleo a solicitud de los empleados 9actulizar formato en plataforma ADP)  21. Genera reportes requeridos para el Plan de acción afirmativa, además de cumplir con los requisitos legales del mismo. Mantiene listado de los solicitantes.  22. Maneja el inventario de uniformes.  23. Asiste en el maneja situaciones de empleados tanto en la investigación, documentación y presenta sus recomendaciones en la acción a tomar.   24.
