Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns while promoting a positive work environment. Assist in conflict resolution and escalate complex employee relations issues as needed. Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies. Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines. Assist with audits, investigations, and HR reporting as needed. HR Operations & Support Manage HR data and generate reports for decision-making. Coordinate HR programs such as employee recognition and wellness initiatives. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and increase efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related functions. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
