This position ensures accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and responsive support for employees and leaders across the organization. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position and is eligible for over time. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, reference check, and any required health screenings or clearances. What You’ll Do * Maintain employee records and process HR transactions (new hires, status changes, terminations, etc.) * Support onboarding and New Hire Orientation * Prepare and track HR reports (turnover, compliance, etc.) * Assist employees with benefits, enrollment, and inquiries * Support recruitment and pre-employment processes * Monitor licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements * Provide general HR administrative support and customer service * This position requires prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.   At Mission Community Hospital we offer a competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
