End-to-End HR Operations Administration * Manage complete HR operational processes from onboarding to exit. * Ensure timely execution of joining formalities, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and separations. * Oversee leave, attendance, and employee records management. * Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 3. Data Governance & Compliance * Maintain HR master data accuracy and governance standards. * Conduct periodic data audits and validations. * Support internal and external audits with required documentation. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 4. Employee Engagement & Recognition * Manage the Long Service Award program including data validation and coordination. * Support engagement and recognition initiatives across the organization. 5. Payroll Administration & Data Management * Collate, validate, and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs within defined timelines. * Maintain payroll trackers, reconciliation sheets, and audit documentation. * Coordinate with payroll vendors for clarifications, reconciliations, and statutory submissions. * Ensure accuracy of statutory inputs (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax declarations, etc.). * Manage full & final settlement documentation and payroll validation. 6. HR Systems & Process Optimization * Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data. * Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow enhancements. * Drive standardization and continuous improvement in HR operations. * Support digital HR initiatives and system upgrades.
