Seeks opportunities to collaborate and develop effective working relationships with key individuals on global HR teams and senior HRBPs to align on business and HR-related goals for successful implementation and execution. Manages and collaborates with ER/LR on high-risk investigations and partners with leads on escalated investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pay equity, interpersonal conflict and/or ethical violations. Collaborates with leadership on the development and implementation of critical ER/HR and LR-related projects and initiatives; exemplifies and encourages respect, dignity, and fairness while cultivating effective working relationships. Level of Responsibility: Works independently with minimal supervision. Provides supervision/guidance to other team members. Decision-making is significant in nature and affects work beyond immediate work group. Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey highly complex and/or detailed information. May require strong negotiation and influence with large groups or high-level constituents. Oversees budgets, schedules, and performance standards for multiple departments or functional areas. Has influence over the formulation and achievement of long-term business plans and objectives.
