Lead, develop, and mentor an HR team (HR Coordinator and HRBP) and serve as a key driver of standardized HR practices across the organization. Build a collaborative, service-oriented HR team known for trust, follow-through, credibility, and business partnership. Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable HR programs, including performance management, talent and career development, recognition, and retention initiatives. Create repeatable processes, toolkits, and “playbooks” that enable managers to lead effectively and consistently across teams. Equip people managers with guidance and tools to strengthen accountability, communication, employee development, and build trust. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, helping resolve conflicts, navigate sensitive concerns, and reinforce a respectful workplace.
