This is a critical, high-ownership role within a scaling transformation function. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of multiple renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality, market-ready standard. Projects typically involve fast-turnaround residential renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, redecoration, flooring, layout changes, and furniture installations. You will act as the operational control centre for live projects, translating design intent into executed builds by coordinating contractors, materials, budgets, and timelines across a growing property portfolio.
