Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and networks. Assist with networks solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions. Ability to review network logs, backup network configurations, and recover network devices. Knowledge utilizing Cisco ISE, Cisco Unified Call Manager, and SolarWinds. Ensure compliance with network directives, policies, and STIGs. Ability to apply network patches, updates, and DoW STIGs to firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
