Manage release calendars and coordinate deployment of communication, business rules, and treatments across digital and external channels. Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness reviews. Ensure releases meet BNZ governance, brand, and regulatory standards with auditable documentation. Act as the central point of contact for release status, risks, and issues; provide timely updates and support capability uplift through best practice sharing and feedback loops.
