Mikä Academy? HR Satama Academyn, tarkoituksena on kouluttaa HR Satamalle monitaitoisia henkilöstöpalvelualan tulevaisuuden uudistajia ja osaajia. Tämä harjoittelujakso on suunnattu erityisesti AMK-harjoitteluaan suorittaville loppuvaiheen opiskelijoille, jotka ovat kiinnostuneet henkilöstöpalvelualasta tulevaisuuden urapolkuna. Mitä HR, Sales & Recruitment Trainee -tehtävä pitää sisällään? Perehdytämme harjoittelijan henkilöstöpalvelualaan, alalla käytettäviin rekrytointimenetelmiin ja -järjestelmiin sekä tutustutamme valitun henkilön B2B -ympäristön myyntityöhön. Harjoittelun painopiste tulee olemaan B2B -sales osiossa, jonka hallitseminen henkilöstöpalvelualalla ja yrityselämässä muutenkin on tärkeä asia. Työhön kuuluu prospektointia, liidigenerointia sekä asiakkaiden kontaktointia monikanavaisesti. Osaamisen kehittyessä harjoittelun aikana on mahdollista päästä tutustumaan myös työnhakijaviestintään, työpaikkailmoitusten laatimiseen sekä avustamaan työpaikkojen täyttämisessä. Koska olemme erikoistuneet toimimaan nykyaikaisesti, työskentelymme tapahtuu pääosin digitaalisia kanavia hyödyntäen. Odotamme, että harjoittelun aikana opit kontaktoimaan yrityspäättäjiä, keskustelemaan henkilöstöpalvelualan tematiikasta luontevasti asiakkaiden kanssa ja markkinoimaan palveluita. Lisäksi tutustut työpaikkailmoitusten rakenteisiin ja laatimiseen sekä työnhakijaviestintään. Henkilöstöpalvelualalla tutustuu useiden toimialojen yrityksiin, joka varmasti monen kohdalla avartaa näkemyksiä ja auttaa tulevaisuuden suunnitelmien laatimisessa. Sovimme yksilöllisen mallin hakija- ja paikkakuntakohtaisesti. Hakuaika on siis auki ja päättyy perjantaina 3.4.2026.
