Ta mission principale sera d'identifier, qualifier et faire avancer les bons profils, en t’appuyant sur une compréhension fine de nos enjeux et de nos métiers, et sur une exécution tournée vers des résultats concrets et impactants. 👥 Rattachement hiérarchique Ce poste est rattaché au RRH, au sein du service Corporate. 💼 Tes missions 1. Sourcing & vivier Créer, structurer et entretenir un vivier actif de candidats qualifiés, prêt à répondre aux besoins actuels et à venir. Identifier et approcher les bons profils via LinkedIn, chasse directe et réseaux professionnels. Détecter les potentiels, même en dehors des recherches en cours, et anticiper les évolutions à venir. 2. Pilotage du process de recrutement Réaliser les préqualifications téléphoniques et visio avec méthode, clarté et exigence. Travailler en lien avec les managers pour bien cadrer les besoins, définir les profils et challenger les feedbacks. Suivre l'avancement de chaque recrutement : rédaction et diffusion des offres, planification des entretiens, suivi et retour aux candidat·es. Garantir une expérience candidat fluide et cohérente qui renvoie une excellente image. 3. Marque employeur Rédiger et publier des offres attractives, qui reflètent fidèlement nos métiers et notre ambition. Garantir un process de recrutement qui concile le professionnalisme, l'exigence et la bienveillance. Développer des partenariats avec les écoles. Mettre en valeur les métiers, les parcours et les succès internes pour renforcer notre attractivité. Etre actif sur LinkedIn et mener des actions de communication en collaboration avec notre équipe marketing et communication. 4. Cooptation Animer et développer la cooptation interne, pour inviter les collaborateurs de Steeple à s'impliquer dans le recrutement. Veiller à ce que les collaborateurs et les managers puissent relayer les besoins de recrutement dans leurs équipes. 5. Administration du personnel Organiser les onboarding et les offboarding. Préparer les différentes démarches administratives : contrats de travail, avenants, courriers, déclarations. Assurer le suivi des périodes d'essai. Mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel et notre SIRH (Payfit). Collecter les éléments de paie et effectuer la paie (simplifiée grâce à Payfit). 🔎Le profil recherché Savoir être et état d’esprit Tu comprends la culture Steeple et sais reconnaître les personnes qui pourront y contribuer durablement. Tu fais preuve d'autonomie et de proactivité pour fluidifier efficacement l'expérience du recrutement chez Steeple. Tu as une fibre opérationnelle pour bien comprendre les enjeux métiers et nos orientations stratégiques. Tu as le souci d'aller à l’essentiel : comptes rendus clairs, décisions rapides, actions concrètes. Expérience en recrutement Tu as une solide expérience en recrutement, avec une bonne maîtrise du cycle complet : sourcing, préqualification, suivi, closing. Tu sais créer et entretenir un vivier pour pouvoir déclencher rapidement quand un besoin émerge. Tu ne te contentes pas d’un CV : tu creuses, tu observes, tu poses les bonnes questions. Tu maîtrises les ATS (nous utilisons Teamtailor) et tu sais structurer ton suivi. Tu réalises des préqualifications efficaces, avec des retours rapides et exploitables pour les managers. Tu es à l’aise pour gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle, sans perdre le fil ni baisser en exigence.
