This role combines executive support with team coordination, inbox and calendar management, tracker maintenance, and preparation of reports and documentation. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents in line with company standards; assist with data entry and basic analysis in Excel. Maintain and update team trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support project tracking and business reporting. Organize and manage documents and resources using SharePoint or other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Support meeting coordination including agenda creation, minutes, follow-ups, and action tracking. Assist with the coordination of team activities, stakeholder meetings, engagement events, and onboarding logistics. Raise purchase orders and support documentation for finance and procurement processes as needed. Provide general administrative support to the broader team and contribute to the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. Complete any other administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
