This is a temporary, full-time, project-based position anticipated to end in July 2026. Primary Responsibilities: * Maintains and updates employee files, properly storing documents in an efficient manner. * Reviews records and documents for accuracy. * Supports onboarding activities and processing of hire documents. * Supports recruitment activities as assigned. * Supports benefits activities as assigned. * Communicates clearly, both in writing and orally, with others. * Maintains absolute confidentiality of employee and organizational information and documents. * Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies as assigned. * Receives and distributes incoming department mail. * Uses office equipment efficiently. Supervisory Responsibilities:  * Supervisory responsibilities are not anticipated. Education and/or Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent. * Two (2) years of administrative office support experience, HR experience preferred.
