Comptant près de 1'400 collaboratrices et collaborateurs, le Département de réadaptation et gériatrie constitue un pôle médical centré sur la personne âgée est répartis sur 5 sites : Trois-Chêne, Loëx, Bellerive, Beau-Séjour et Joli-Mont. Il prend en charge des situations aiguës, grâce notamment aux urgences de l'hôpital des Trois-Chêne, les problèmes spécifiques liés à l'âge, la réadaptation médicale et la médecine palliative. Le Centre de la mémoire est situé à Cluse-Roseraie et répond aux multiples défis posés par les troubles de la mémoire. Il propose une approche de dépistage des troubles cognitifs, un programme de prévention, un diagnostic fondé sur des techniques de dernière génération, une prise en charge multidisciplinaire et des thérapies individualisées et innovantes. Les patients et les patientes peuvent intégrer des projets de recherche et tester des nouveaux médicaments. Description du poste Le Centre de la mémoire recrute un commis administratif ou une commise administrative pour participer à la mise en œuvre d’un programme de prévention de la démence et de la maladie d’Alzheimer. Ce projet est subventionné par le Département de la Santé et des Mobilités (DSM) dans le cadre de leur programme de promotion de la santé et de prévention. Les objectifs principaux de ce programme sont : Intégrer, sur une période d’environ deux ans, 500 patientes et patients sans atteinte cognitive mais présentant un risque potentiel élevé de développer une démence (prévention secondaire). Déterminer la proportion de la population présentant un niveau de risque nécessitant une intervention. Mesurer l’impact des interventions sur la santé de la patientèle. Dans le cadre de ce programme, vous êtes chargé ou chargée de la prise de contact avec les participants et participantes et de suivre les demandes de prise en charge pour la partie réduction du risque du programme (intervention). Vous tenez à jour la base de données, collaborez à l'adaptation des protocoles. Vous assurez le soutien administratif dans la création de documents nécessaires au programme dans le respect des protocoles et procédures. Vous collaborez au suivi des factures patients en collaboration avec la référente financière du Centre. Vous participez aux réunions d’équipe hebdomadaire et plénière du Centre, ainsi qu’aux colloques et séminaires organisés par le Centre et le Département de réadaptation et gériatrie. Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC et disposez d’une première expérience dans le domaine clinique et/ou expérimental. Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils bureautique usuels est demandée. Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français (niveau C1), un niveau B2 en anglais constitue un atout.
