Job Title: Equipment Installer / Fabricator / Welder Fitter

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum experience 1-2 years in Mig welding.
• Experience with Tig welding is considered an asset.
• Must have experience in fabrication and weld fitting.
• Experience in welding food-grade stainless steel considered an asset.
• Construction experience and familiarity with agricultural equipment.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills.
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be customer eccentric and can work with all different levels of people including farmers.
• Must be willing to jump in anywhere needed when there is no installation work to be completed.

• Installing equipment in new and existing facilities
• Assist with the installation of Lely robots and other equipment
• Welding and fitting of all steel and stainless-steel materials
• Attend required training to ensure skills is kept current and up to date
• Work within corporate safety standards and promote a safe working environment
